ENTERTAINMENT SPOTLIGHT

During this annual, highly-anticipated event, NTA convenes over 1,000 tourism professionals from all industry sectors to experience innovative educational sessions, networking events, and connections to exciting travel destinations throughout North America.

M squared OnStage has been a long-time, valued partner of NTA, providing a full range of live event services for Travel Exchange, including strategic consultation, creative and technical production, and onsite show management.

But it’s in the area of entertainment production where M squared OnStage steals the spotlight. The week is filled with live musical entertainment, with the marquee event being the opening luncheon. This event features the excitement of Broadway with performances in which notable stars perform excerpts from some of the biggest shows on Broadway.

To replicate the distinct Broadway experience, M squared OnStage works closely with the sponsors of the event, Broadway Inbound and NYC & Co., to manage the meticulous details for each of the featured performances – all of which require stage design, extensive lighting design, mesmerizing graphics, punctual stage management and perfectly timed cues.

The Broadway showcase is just one of a variety of entertainment acts to highlight the Travel Exchange stage. Over the years, cities and destinations have been represented by a diverse array of entertainment, with acts including Cirque du Soleil, Blue Man Group, Lee Greenwood, Allison Kraus, Louis Anderson, Frankie Valli and countless others.

Regardless of the performance, M squared OnStage has been a constant factor in the success of live entertainment for NTA’s Travel Exchange.
